Terms and Conditions for the Monaco Dream Experience

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
"Promotion" - The Monaco Dream Experience, a limited-time promotional campaign organized by Boomerang-bet.com, offering Participants the opportunity to win prizes based on their wagering activity.
"Participant" - Any individual who meets the eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions and actively takes part in the Promotion.

1.1 The Monaco Dream Experience is a promotional campaign administered, managed, and operated by Boomerang-bet.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser").
1.2 The Promotion shall be valid from 00:00 CET on March 1, 2025, until 23:59 CET on May 30, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period").

2.1 The Promotion is open to new and existing users of Boomerang-bet.com who are at least 18 years old
2.2 Participation in the Promotion is automatic for all users who meet the eligibility criteria and accumulate at least one (1) ticket through qualifying wagering activity during the Promotion Period. No separate registration or confirmation is required.
2.3 By placing qualifying wagers and accumulating tickets in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, Participants are deemed to have:

i) Accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions;
ii) Consented to the collection, processing, and use of their data by the Organizer for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, conducting the prize draw, and fulfilling any legal or regulatory obligations, in compliance with applicable data protection laws;
iii) Acknowledged that they will be automatically entered into the prize draw based on the number of tickets earned.

2.4 Promotion is available exclusively for online casino games and does not apply to sports betting.

3.1 Tickets are awarded based on the frequency and amount of deposits made by the Participant during the Promotion Period.
3.2 A Participant will receive one (1) ticket toward the prize draw for every €1000 wagered using real money deposit. Wagers placed using bonus funds, free bets, or any other promotional credits shall not be eligible for ticket accumulation. Only bets placed with real money deposits qualify for this Promotion.
3.3 Intermediate Bonuses.

3.3.1 Participants who accumulate a specified number of tickets during the Promotion Period will be eligible for intermediate bonus rewards, as outlined below:

• 5 tickets → €10 in Free Bets (wagering requirement: x30)

• 10 tickets → €30 in Free Bets (wagering requirement: x30)

• 15 tickets → €40 in Free Bets (wagering requirement: x30)

• 20 tickets → €45 in Free Bets (wagering requirement: x30)

3.3.2 Free Bets are subject to a x30 wagering requirement, meaning that winnings derived from the Free Bets must be wagered at least 30 imes before they can be withdrawn.
3.3.3 The maximum winnings that may be generated from Free Bets awarded under this Promotion shall not exceed €2,000. Any winnings exceeding this amount shall be forfeited. If your winnings exceed €2,000 you will only receive €2,000.
3.3.4 Free Bets cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or used on restricted games, as determined by the Organiser.
3.3.5 The free bets are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Organiser.

3.4 The Organiser reserves the right to invalidate any Free Bets, or tickets obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or unethical behavior, including but not limited to: multiple account creation, collusion, arbitrage betting, or manipulation of game mechanics. Any suspected violations may result in the disqualification of the Participant from the Promotion and/or the suspension of their account at the discretion of the Organiser.

4.1 The Promotion offers the following prizes:

4.1.1 1st Place: A three-day trip to Monaco (June 27 – June 29, 2025), including round-trip transportation from the winner’s departure city, luxury hotel accommodation, 3,000 casino chips, and a merchandise package (chip case, hoodie, backpack, and phone case).
4.1.2 2nd Place: One (1) iPhone 16 Pro Max, either branded or presented in a gift box/case.
4.1.3 3rd Place: One (1) Marshall speaker, either branded or presented in a gift box/case.

4.2 Travel Prize Conditions

4.2.1 The trip is scheduled for June 27 – June 29, 2025 and cannot be postponed except under the conditions stated below.
4.2.2 The winner may request a postponement if notification is provided at least 14 days in advance. Postponement is subject to availability and budget constraints, at the sole discretion of the Organiser.
4.2.3 If the winner notifies less than 7 days in advance or refuses the trip entirely, the travel prize is forfeited and will be replaced with €1,500 in free bets (wager x10 requirement). The free bets are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Organiser.
4.2.4 The Organiser is not responsible for any costs beyond those explicitly covered by the prize, including but not limited to travel insurance, visa fees, personal expenses, and additional accommodation.

4.3 Winner Selection & Eligibility

4.3.1 If a winner provides fake or incomplete personal data (e.g., invalid email or phone number), they will be disqualified, and the prize will be awarded to the next eligible Participant.
4.3.2 If the winner does not submit a signed GDPR consent form and provide the necessary personal data for issuing travel tickets, the prize will be forfeited, and the next eligible winner will be selected.
4.3.3 For physical prizes (iPhone, speaker), the winner must provide a valid shipping address at least 14 days in advance. Failure to do so will result in the prize being awarded to the next eligible winner.

4.4 Travel Responsibilities & Liability

4.4.1 Flight Arrangements. The Organiser will provide a round-trip ticket from the winner’s original departure city to Monaco. However, the winner is responsible for all personal travel arrangements, including transportation to and from the airport. The Organizer is not responsible for missed flights, flight removals, or any related travel disruptions.
4.4.2 Missed or Canceled Flights:

4.4.2.1 If the winner misses the outbound flight or is removed from the flight for any reason, they are fully responsible, and the Organiser will decide at its sole discretion whether any compensation will be provided.
4.4.2.2 If the winner misses the return flight or is removed from it, they are solely responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their return journey. The Organiser bears no responsibility.

4.4.3 Hotel Stay: The winner is responsible for check-in/check-out procedures and compliance with hotel policies. Any complaints, damages, or disputes with the hotel are the sole responsibility of the winner.

4.5 On-Site Prize Delivery & Casino Chips

4.5.1 The Organiser will arrange for a representative to meet the winner at the airport and provide transportation to the hotel.
4.5.2 Upon arrival at the hotel, the winner will be met by an Organiser’s representative, who will present them with a gift merchandise package and a casino chip purchase voucher worth €3,000.
4.5.3 Casino Chips Distribution:

4.5.3.1 Due to legal restrictions, casino chips cannot be transported outside the premises.
4.5.3.2 The Organiser will facilitate a one-time payment of €3,000 at the casino cashier, which the winner can use for gaming.

4.6 Prize Limitations

4.6.1 The winner cannot claim or demand any additional compensation for meals, incidental expenses, or personal costs incurred during the trip.
4.6.2 The Organiser provides a return ticket to the winner’s original departure city but does not cover additional return transportation costs, such as taxi fares.
4.6.3 The Organiser reserves the right to modify or substitute the prize in case of unforeseen circumstances.
4.6.4 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where explicitly stated.
4.6.5 By accepting the prize, winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities (e.g., interviews, photos) without additional compensation.

5.1 The grand prize winner will be selected using a certified random number generator from the pool of eligible Participants who have accumulated the highest number of tickets. The selection process will be conducted in a manner that ensures fairness and transparency.
5.2 The winner selection process will take place on June 1, 2025. The specific format and publishing details for the draw process will be announced closer to the date of the draw.
5.3 Notification of Winners:

5.3.1 The Organiser will contact the selected winners via email using the contact details provided at registration.
5.3.2 Winners must respond and confirm their acceptance of the prize within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the notification.
5.3.3 Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the prize, and the next eligible winner will be selected at the Organiser’s discretion.

5.4 Winners of the trip prize must submit their full personal details (including but not limited to full legal name, passport details, and any additional information required for travel arrangements) no later than June 20, 2025. Failure to provide the necessary details by the deadline may result in the forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected

6.1 By participating in the Promotion, Participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data for the purposes of prize distribution, identity verification, and regulatory compliance.
6.2 The Organiser shall process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
6.3 If a winner refuses to sign the required GDPR consent form, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible winner.

7.1 Participants must be at least 18 years old.
7.2 Late, incomplete, or otherwise non-compliant entries will be disqualified.
7.3 The Organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.5 By participating in this promotion, entrants are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions of the Campaign, as well as the General Terms and Conditions of the Boomerang-bet.com website, and agree to be legally bound by them. The General Terms and Conditions are accessible here (hereinafter – “General Terms and Conditions”).
7.6 Prizes shall be awarded strictly in accordance with applicable laws and subject to the entrant's compliance with the General Terms and Conditions and these Terms and Conditions of the Campaign. If the Organiser reasonably determines that an entrant has acted unlawfully, fraudulently, or in violation of the General Terms and Conditions or these Terms and Conditions of the Campaign, or if the entrant engages in any prohibited activities as outlined in the General Terms and Conditions, the Organiser reserves the right to withhold, refuse, or void the award of any Prize to that entrant.
7.7 By entering this promotion, you agree that the Organiser and any associated companies may use information collected in this marketing or customer relationship management campaign, strictly for purposes necessary for the management of this campaign.
7.8 Certain events may occur due to regulatory and/or legal requirements, technical difficulties and/or any other reasons beyond the control of Organiser that result in Organiser extending, refusing, reclaiming, cancelling, terminating, varying or suspending these Terms and Conditions and/or the awarding of Prizes at any point prior to the end of the promotion.
7.9 The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, including adjusting the promotion's duration, without prior notice. Any updates will be published here, and continued participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
7.10 The Organiser is not responsible for technical issues, errors, or delays that may affect participation or prize distribution.
7.11 The Organiser’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding.
7.12 For the purposes of this promotion, any monetary value reads as ‘or currency equivalent’ in all places.
7.13 These Terms and Conditions were originally written in English. In the event of any discrepancies or deviations between the English version and versions in other languages, the English version shall prevail.
